These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between slot16 and any person who registers an account on, accesses, or uses the Platform ("the Player", "User", "you"). To register and maintain an Account on slot16, a Player must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout the duration of their Account:

• Age: You must be at least 21 years of age. This is the minimum age requirement for casino-style gambling on slot16. Players located in jurisdictions where the legal gambling age exceeds 21 must comply with the higher applicable age threshold.
• Legal capacity: You must have full legal capacity to enter into binding contracts under the laws of your jurisdiction of residence.

• Self-exclusion status: You must not be subject to any self-exclusion order, voluntary or otherwise, with slot16 or any other gambling operator.
• Account uniqueness: You must not hold any other registered Account on the slot16 Platform, active or otherwise.
• Identity: All information provided during registration must be accurate, complete, and truthful. You must register using your own legal identity.

Each Player may hold one (1) Account only. The registration of multiple Accounts is strictly prohibited, regardless of the reasons advanced for doing so. slot16 employs automated and manual checks to detect duplicate registrations.

slot16 supports a range of Malaysian and internationally recognized payment methods. All deposits must be made from payment instruments registered in the Player's own name. Deposits made from third-party accounts are strictly prohibited and may result in Account suspension.

Players may request a withdrawal of their Real Money Balance at any time, subject to the conditions set out in this section. Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit unless otherwise approved by slot16's compliance team.

slot16 offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible Players from time to time. The availability, amount, and specific terms of each promotion are determined by slot16 at its sole discretion. • Wagering Requirements: All Bonus Funds are subject to wagering requirements before any associated winnings may be withdrawn. Specific multipliers (e.g., ×10, ×15, ×20) are stated within each individual promotion's terms and conditions.
• Maximum Bet During Active Bonus: Where a Player holds an active Bonus, the maximum permitted bet per spin, round, or event is capped as specified in the promotion terms — typically between MYR 250 and MYR 500 unless otherwise stated. Exceeding this cap may result in the cancellation of the Bonus and associated winnings.
• Game Contribution Rates: Not all games contribute equally toward satisfying wagering requirements. Slot games typically contribute 100% of the wagered amount. Table games and live dealer games typically contribute between 10% and 20%, unless otherwise specified.
• Bonus Expiry: All Bonus Funds carry an expiry period, typically 7, 14, or 30 calendar days from the date of credit. Bonuses not utilized or wagering requirements not met within this window will be forfeited without compensation.
• Bonus Abuse: slot16 takes a zero-tolerance approach to bonus abuse, including but not limited to: claiming multiple accounts to receive multiple bonuses, exploiting low-risk betting strategies to clear wagering requirements (arbitrage, matched betting on opposite outcomes), or any other conduct deemed by slot16 to be in bad faith.
• Maximum Cash-Out: Certain promotions impose a cap on the maximum amount withdrawable from Bonus-derived winnings. Where applicable, this cap is clearly stated in the individual promotion terms.

All games available on slot16 operate using certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology. RTP (Return to Player) percentages displayed on the Platform reflect independently verified figures and are accurate to the best of slot16's knowledge at the time of publication.

In the event of a malfunction, technical fault, or communication disruption during a game round, the relevant round shall be deemed void and any stake wagered during that round will be returned to the Player's Real Money Balance. Winnings from technically voided rounds are not payable.

The rules of individual games are displayed within the game interface. By commencing play, you accept the rules of that game as presented. slot16 is not responsible for losses resulting from a Player's misunderstanding of game rules.

• All bets are accepted at the odds displayed at the time the bet is placed. Odds are subject to change prior to bet confirmation. slot16 reserves the right to void bets placed at clearly erroneous odds.
• In-play betting odds are updated in real time and may be suspended at slot16's discretion during significant match events.
• Bets on events that are postponed, abandoned, or voided will be handled in accordance with the specific sport's rulebook as applied by slot16. Void bets will have the stake returned.
• The minimum and maximum stake for individual sports bets are displayed within the betting interface and may vary by market and event.
• slot16 reserves the right to impose individual betting limits on any Account where suspicious betting patterns are detected.

slot16 is committed to promoting responsible gambling. Gambling should be viewed as a form of entertainment and not as a means of generating income or resolving financial difficulties. The Platform provides the following responsible gambling tools to all Players:

• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps on their Account at any time via Account settings or by contacting support.
• Session Time Reminders: Players may configure session duration reminders to encourage regular breaks.
• Cooling-Off Periods: Players may request a temporary Account suspension for a defined period (e.g., 24 hours, 7 days, 30 days) during which no deposits or play activity will be possible.
• Self-Exclusion: Players may request permanent or long-term self-exclusion from the Platform. Self-exclusion requests are processed promptly and cannot be reversed during the exclusion period.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on slot16. Any breach may result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to the relevant authorities:

• Registering more than one Account on the Platform, whether under the same or different personal details.
• Using the Platform if you are under 21 years of age or if gambling is prohibited in your jurisdiction.
• Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information during registration or KYC verification.
• Engaging in collusion, chip dumping, or any form of coordinated play intended to manipulate game outcomes or exploit other Players.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other artificial means to interact with the Platform.
• Engaging in money laundering, fraud, or any other financial crime using the Platform or its payment systems.
• Exploiting software errors, glitches, or loopholes to gain an unfair advantage.
• Any conduct that harasses, threatens, or abuses other Players or slot16 staff.

slot16 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account at any time, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms;
• Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or identity theft;
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable period;
• Discovery that the Player is under 21 years of age;
• Request from the Player themselves (voluntary closure or self-exclusion);
• Compliance with applicable legal requirements or regulatory directives.

Where an Account is closed due to a Player's breach of these Terms, slot16 reserves the right to retain the Account balance pending investigation. Where no breach is found, any legitimate Real Money Balance will be returned to the Player via the original payment method used for deposit.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, slot16 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, goodwill, or other intangible losses.

slot16 does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. While we take all reasonable steps to maintain Platform availability, we cannot guarantee 100% uptime. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance windows may result in temporary service interruptions.

The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. slot16 disclaims all warranties, whether express or implied, to the maximum extent permitted by law.

All content on the slot16 Platform, including but not limited to software, text, graphics, logos, game interfaces, trademarks, and audio-visual content, is the exclusive property of slot16 or its licensed partners and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. Any reproduction, redistribution, or commercial use of Platform content without the prior written consent of slot16 is strictly prohibited.

slot16 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and close your Account.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which slot16 is duly licensed to operate, as updated from time to time. Any dispute arising in connection with these Terms or your use of the Platform shall first be submitted to slot16's internal dispute resolution process.

Players with a complaint should contact support at support@slot16.lat in the first instance. slot16 will acknowledge all formal complaints within 48 hours and endeavor to resolve them within 14 business days. Where a dispute cannot be resolved through internal procedures, it may be referred to the applicable licensing authority or independent adjudicator.

Nothing in these Terms limits any statutory rights you may hold as a consumer under the laws applicable in your country of residence.
